GBI was told a lot of the wrong… I was told a lot of the wrong information over and over repeatedly they never explained the proper terms correctly over the phone. When I asked to be explained about the loan I was not offered the opportunity to pay it off right away. causing me to gain a bunch of interest you guys still offered me a payment after me already paying of three months of $751 for the payoff however I’ve already paid you guys off triple the amount.

GBA very good experience A very good experience. There wasn't any issues everything was up front and very professional staff when I called in with concerns. However the only thing that I would suggest to maybe change is to make the funds that get approved a little bit more transparent on when they would be delivered to the person applying for them.

GBThe application process was very easy… The application process was very easy and straight forward. The only thing I would suggest is that instead of sending multiple emails try to include as much info for the applicant in each email sent to avoid confusion in the initial process.

GBIt was hard to understand them you need… It was hard to understand them you need to get more people in there to speak English but overall it was good as long as they slow down and try not to talk a million miles an hour
