As a newbie to Bitcoin As a newbie to Bitcoin, ZenGo have been very patient, timely & Professional to my many questions over the last year,(which they have probably answered 1000s of times to others like me!). My latest query included several screenshots sent Saturday 8.30pm UK time. As always, I got a full professional, polite reply within 10 minutes from Jacobo,(not the 1st time he has been mentioned here). ZenGo is constantly evolving, to make it easier to trade, Swop or sell purchased coins with credits going direct into your bank account. As shown recently in the news, Bitcoin trading is Volatile, (as it would seem so are the companies that operate within the Bitcoin Space). Do your research - you will find ZenGo is solid.

Good customer service but do not use ramp as they recommend and list as an option for crypto conversion I withdrew 0.0969 eth from another site into their wallet. And from there they had multiple ways to sell your coins to get real valuta. I chose ramp which was indeed a terrible idea. They spend 6 days from the initial transfer to state that the transaction was failure. Within these 6 days I wrote to their customer service multiple times but none response from ramp. Tho I did get help from Zengo as customer service which works great as the only thing in this site After the failed transaction I was told that I did have to wait 10 business days for a refund so basically 12 days because of weekends And then I was told that I have to use another service when I get that refund and that this service will take 3 more business days to work All this and I will probably end by losing 0.0209 equal to around 65 usd which no one will do anything to make up for Ramp and Zengo In it self are taking almost 50 usd in fees just to get the transaction done which eventually failed and i now have to pay more fees. This review is on Zengo because they recommend ramp which is a scam site. The only good thing to say about Zengo is their support which was very responefull and helpful other than that complete scam Update! it seems as though I will get my full 0.0936 eth from ramp but it still takes upwards of 10 business days In conclusion I must give probs to Zengo for their customer support but to be fair I don’t think it’s outright their fault but they none the less have ramp in their recommended section of places to convert crypto which i am not a huge fan of. Because of that I can’t give more than 3 stars even tho Zengo customer service is top notch

Lost access to my account I hadn’t used Zengo for a while and I wondered what had happened to the small amount of money I had in my account. Unable to login, I spoke with customer service who were great at responding & asked me to look for a ‘do not delete Zengo’ folder in my iCloud. Well, I located the folder but it’s empty and I can assure you I have never touched it. So my account it gone - and with it some residual amount. Thank god it wasn’t more money. I won’t be using again as I find this so unbelievably suspect. *Of course I am not suggesting Zengo have access to my icloud - I just question whether the rescue file was ever created in the first place...

Secure & Customer service has always been great Customer service has always been great. They answer my questions about trading/sending/receiving crypto in their live chat and they respond quickly. I left my stablecoins in here for a year without touching the app and when I came back was not stolen. I was able to restore my funds with my new phone. With Zengo, I feel that my crypto is secure.
