Every time I’ve called I spoke to a knowledgeable professional person. Only “bad” thing is they don’t report to your credit. A+ grade though.

I don't even know the payment is taken from payroll until I see the bank statement. I absolutely hate direct draft, but lend firm strategically takes the payment on payroll day , no surprises and easy budgeting

LendFirm — nasty, ghetto-like customer service. LendFirm is connected with Gage Diamonds. The jewelry folks are very helpful, nice prices ducts, fair pricing, good service… but the finance people are just plain nasty. If you can avoid using LendFirm — stay away from them.
