I will never use this company again. Update July 3, 2023: I recognize nothing in the reply from maxrebates as true: I have not had any response from their support, and I have no way of submitting a payout request because both of my rebates are still listed as "pending" (2 different vendors, both 7 months ago)

Great cashback site for high rates at small stores Takes a bit longer (cashing out takes 7-14 days), but they do pay cashback. Make sure you have proof of purchase (receipts mostly) and the customer service will go above and beyond to help you through the process to get you paid assuming your purchases are stuck in pending or your account gets flagged.
