Did they close down?? I am beyond frustrated. After submitting my questionnaire online, I received phone calls practically within minutes from 4 different reps. I called one back and she hooked me up with a specialist. I thought things were going very well, he was extremely forthcoming with what the process would be like and how long it would take, what documents were needed, etc. I gathered my documents and sent them over immediately. Since then I have emailed my specialist, as well as the initial rep who contacted me. Left several voicemails for them, and finally tried to call the main line on the website just to try to get ANYONE to get back to me. Keep in mind that all I was trying to do was find out if my documents made it through. It's been 7 days with not ONE person getting back to me. This has quickly become the WORST customer service experience I've had.
