GBGreat service highly recommend. I took a loan in May 2018 and never had an issue at all, the App is very good to check on payments and I just settled my loan in full very easy process, requested a settlement and paid off. I had to call them to check and staff where friendly and helpful. I received a text and Email today to confirm my loan was now closed. I would recommend Admiral loans.

GBDreadful company Dreadful company. Having lease/purchased some machinery from them they continued taking payments long after the agreement ended. No refund or apology. They then insisted that I pay them further money, as they wouldn't take into account the couple of thousand extra I paid them, to actually own the item. They have been rude, aggressive in tone and have been continuing to increase the amounts they want out of me. My business has been horrifically impacted by Covid (shut for 6 months this year) and they have not been helpful in the slightest. Greedy awful company to deal with

GBMy sincerest thank you. I can’t help but to express my sincerest thanks to Hayley! She had been so understanding offering assistance since the first lockdown. There is no way we can deny that no any consideration had been shown to us especially considering the cause that the COVID-19 pandemic had brought to our businesses. Even up until this 3rd lockdown, support and understanding is what I had received. A big burden had been lifted and that truly means a lot rather than having these constant worry. The time they are willing to extend means I’ll have better ways of planning my finances ahead and be more productive. From the bottom of my heart, my sincerest thank you to you Hayley and to the rest of your team. I am in a better shape to think more of my business progress and finances. Covid might had brought so much difficulties and challenges, but it definitely made businesses more supportive to each other than ever.

GBAVOID AT ALL COSTS As a new customer to Admiral (not my choice) I have found the whole experience disappointing with dreadful customer experience. “returning the COVID19 email while the pandemic was underway we would not be in a position to offer any support” No help, extremely dismissive and no human integrity towards small businesses in these challenging times. Simply want ££££. Don’t waste your time.
