Nothing they quoted me turned out to be true Nothing they quoted me turned out to be true at the end. It was a bait and switch to get me to move from another lender to them. They were supposed to lock us in, but didn’t and kept up the charade until we could not get our earnest money back. I do a lot of real estate transactions and used them because this was an out of state purchase. Highly unprofessional and downright dishonest. I did find another lender that was true to their word!

Great service from start to finish! Mr. Terpay and the team at Equityprime did an amazing job from preapproval all the way to closing. To get pre-approved for my 203k loan, they first had to help me increase my credit score, which they helped me increase my score by 100 points within 3 months. Afterwards they were a great team to have going into the table and were very organized, intelligent, and helpful throughout the entire process of buying a home. I highly recommend them!

They were communicative and explained everything clearly. Ali was great in getting my loan through in an efficient manner without unneeded steps. I was very happy with the whole experience. Damien Russell and Amanda Frederick - Did an Awesome Job!!! Damien was patient and very helpful. He set my expectations properly and met his commitments, even beating the turnaround time. Amanda really was helpful in getting a lien removed by connecting me to the right people and expediting the process. In the end, I would recommend going with Equity Prime and will use them again on my next Home Loan purchase!
