Release my pending ghs or release my refund now!!! 😡 You guys have been trying my patience.... I made an order 3days ago but you guys refused to settle up because rate went up.. I kept quite about that, you guys said you will refund, i still kept quiet about that but since 3days ago till now you guys are still pending my transaction... My money is in your hands, my ghs is in your hands!!! 😡 You guys are really terrible... Guys please stay away from this people if you want your sanity... Prior to this orders i placed, i did an order 6days ago of same value but because rate dropped then it became a loss,they immediately paid me within 20mins....its clear they don't have any policy except exploiting there users for monetary gain!!

I’ve had a pending transaction for over… I’ve had a pending transaction for over 3 days now and it’s not been approved. The support team doesn’t even answer when you mail them and everything is just beyond bad

Would have given 4star Would have given 4star, but my client had difficulty verifying his account and the customer care on their website isn't working neither is their mobile numbers connecting. I had to reach out to them via Instagram, that was when i got a response and after some hours the issue was resolved and i received my money.
