support service is terrible Hi. If you want to constantly have problems with withdrawing money and coins, top up your account on the same exchange. Every time you encounter a problem, the support service will advise you to try later, for a month, and simply close the chat. The last customer service operator used caps lock when writing my name. Well, it’s nothing special 😆 I will close my account only because of the operator.

I do wanna say you've made it easier to… I do wanna say you've made it easier to navigate your site with the beta, it still takes time and effort in learning the in and outs of the site and I love the limit order so I can set my price and the fees are great! Although with all the carnage in cefi I do worry about solvency just be safe and try not to get destroyed like other crypto sites!! I would put out a instructional vid on navigating your site or links that match up with what I might be trying to achieve. But overall getting better

The Okcoin team helped me in a very… The Okcoin team helped me in a very professional way when some cryptofunds got stuck during a deposit transfer. That was terrific. Other than that, I think Okcoin has a good exposure to STX earnings. However, Bitcoin earning is not available, which is a shortcoming, I believe. I also think the promises made with MIA and NYC tokens have not worked. In general, I believe there could be a lot more DeFi opportunities for earning. Thank you

Hoping To Be A Long Term Customer I've been a customer of OKcoin for approximately 12 months and my opinion is the exchange is thinking of long term growth. The number of tokens have increased along with improvements with their Smartphone App. Staking is available for those that desire a better return than the traditional financial institutions. In addition Lightning Network is available for sending BTC, which not many exchanges make available to their customers. The one improvement to the App would be to make it possible to switch it to a Dark Mode if desired. Everything else is exceptional with it's design. I believe I'm going to be one of those long term customers. OKcoin, may you continue with your long term goals of expanding the possibility for all to obtain and trade crypto currency.

If your a beginner in crypto it's a little like kucoin exchange when you have to transfer from funding account to trading account but after that it's smooth sailing. I'd like add something for okcoin to consider is have more coins to stake and if they can give the users to see what they made in staking on a daily basis like other exchanges do like bitrue exchange.
