Worst brokerage ever Worst brokerage ever. I had issues opening an account since I made a typo in my address which is a simple thing to correct. I thought everything was fine and haven't noticed I send funds to this semi opened account. The funds are stuck in limbo and will likely be written off. I contacted their CS multiple times. Got various answers like they will fix this, restart and do another account, or simply call us tomorrow we will try to fix it and open your account for you. Nothing is working so far and I tried opening another account since the first one is not working and impossible to close apparently. They are clueless and will cold call you on a weekly basis if you'd like to fund your account. I would if I could but I lost hope at this point. The app looks good but that's it I would not be confident storing $$$$ there when they simply cannot resolve a super simple account opening issue after 6 weeks.

Moomoo is the best I have been using Moomoo for over a year now and I find the app easy to use, easy to trade and I enjoy all the features on the app from the news, paper trading, the rewards and all the informative videos. Moomoo I can tell spends a lot of time providing useful data to making people a more informed and knowledgeable investor.

Lost trust in MOOMOO. The trading with MOOMOO went smoothly. When tried to withdraw funds... The fund withdrawal process with MOOMOO was unexpectedly complicated and resulted in a failed transaction, despite completing the procedure correctly. I lost trust in MOOMOO.

Invest like the world's top traders I have used many brokers in Hong Kong and some "old-fashioned" brokers in the US. Only Moomoo's quotation system makes me feel the most comfortable. They even have a cash interest rate of more than 5% or 6%, which is rare. I recommended several of my investor friends to use Moomoo together. After seeing the trading system and the design of this software, most of them started using it.

I actually didn't gain rather ran into crazy losses with me not being able to get either my main capital or gains out. I am using a diff one now, the name on my title , making some really great improvement with them
