I have a similar story I have a similar story. On Sept 1 2023 $17588.88 was wired into my account. They almost immediately "restricted" my account. Pitiful customer service and form letters that say my account is under investigation and they do not know a date to say it is over. I have turned it over to the FDIC and Consumer protection agency. it is now the 25th and I cannot access my own money.

This bank is a farce This bank is a farce. Applied and provided all accurate info. Denied without an explanation and customer service is useless providing canned responses. Never been denied for a savings account before. Was told I don’t meet the banks guidelines. I guess it’s a racial thing. I have millions of dollars in raisin accounts and never had an issue anywhere else. Total joke.

Poor Experience Poor Experience Tried funding my account with an external checking account with plaid. However account has been frozen and restricted for more than 30 days with no explanation. I knew something was fishy when I didnt see them on BBB but will be filing a lawsuit with with a host of other customers that they are doing this worst banking app ever

Warning!!! Warning!!! Once I provided them with my sensitive personal information my request was denied because it did not meet my bank’s requirements. These requirements include but are not limited to identity validation. What? In response to my email Milli wrote : Hi there 👋 Thank you for reaching out! For the security of our bank, and to maintain fairness to all our customers, we cannot tell you exactly why you were denied. Unfortunately, this decision is final and cannot be appealed. Thank you for understanding, and for your interest in Milli. That is called Identity theft!

Tons of login issues Tons of login issues. Then declined without reason. Says they will re-evaluate applications manually upon request but they deny to do that when you contact them. They also provide no information. Very weary of this company and would advise you don't provide them your personal data.
