I canceled the card back in April (after wrangling with them) and was told it would be 60 days before the return of my $500 security deposit. On August 28, 4 months later, Plastk deposited $495 back into my account and I thought that was that. No, because now the deposit has been reported by DC Bank as fraudulent and “made in error” and they’re taking it back. What the heck???? That’s my money!!

FRUADS! FRUADS! No communication, no transparency, no money back! Plastk's phone lines are dead, their live chat is down and they won't respond to their emails. I went with Neo Financial instead. More transparency, not run by dishonest people. Give us our money back! And don't reply with your copy-paste script.

AVOID THESE SCAMMERS!!!! 0 is the best rating for this company! Card stopped working in Feb due to their legal issues. It only worked intermittently on the best of the days before that. Cancelled my card, well tried to because they REFUSE TO REFUND YOUR SECURITY DEPOSIT!!! Avoid this company at all cost. I've reported them to every government agency. I have been instructed to take them to small claims court as that is the only way to get my refund. And the best part? They have NEGATIVELY AFFECTED MY CREDIT!!!! Stay away!!!! Many other decent credit building companies out there.

Scam Scam! Account has been closed 6 months, ruined my credit & yet to receive any funds back. What a joke! I truly hope these crooks get what they deserve.

They keep stating its been expedited and priority since November 1st. Still nothing! There is no one to contact directly on this matter. They keep replying "we have no access at all for processing any refund to any cardholder's account and can only make requests to our refund issuing team" They changed emails to hello_plastk I feel scammed! DO NOT SEND THEM MONEY!
