My money order is missing the continue to ask for more documents, I sent in a letter with my money order and had it certified to get it as soon as possible to their office. They never got a hold of me. I had to call them four times. Customer service representatives are very rude. They talk over you hang up on you even the supervisors hang up on you, I would highly suggest not using this company at all and I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau and filing a complaint
