It is absolute shame I am trying to get… It is absolute shame I am trying to get access of my account from last 3 days. I tried to re activate my 2fa they blocked me. Even I provided Ids and selfies etc they keep on asking for new things I have my login details and password. I also have my 2fa activated they are real scammers and will try anything to make your life difficult.

Really Bad Customer Service Worst customer service I’ve ever seen,these guys don't deserve to stay in the crypto marketplace! I’m a beginner yeah, with their interface you can easily get lost.I've deposited some fiat money but nothing was transferred into my account.Run of this platform guys if you don’t want headache. I’m struggling to get a response.,they don’t give a monkey on their customers. DON’T RECOMMEND

Worst support received from a company. Worst support ever. As a UK customer, I have been blocked for over 3 months now. Despite sending them passport and utility bills for ID verification, they still haven't unblocked my account. My email communication is 22 threads. And support doesn't seem to bother to respond. They are still holding over 750GBP worth of assets which I could've traded :( This makes Coinbase's max of 5-day response a dream.

Bittrex is operating a massive scam!!! I'm convinced they are operating a scam. If you put funds with them, you should never expect to get them back. I don't understand how they are even allowed to continue in business. They randomly block customers accounts and then give you NO WAY to contact them other than a bot that never responds to you - your funds are gone!!!
