They all explained what their role was and kept me up to date with the progress of my program. The statements are easy to read and laid out well. It is hard not to be skeptical when entering into a debt settlement program but New Era turned out to be a good solution for my situation. They were professional and extremely helpful in working out the best possible solution. In doing so, they carefully explained things along the way. Hopefully will never have to go through a settlement program again but should I have to, I will call New Era!
