I was embarrassed to call I was embarrassed to call, however once I made the call the representative I spoke to was very knowledgeable and walked me through the process of the help that is available. After talking to her I felt a great peace of mind, and is highly recommend.

You kept trying to work with a company, on my behalf, even after they kept refusing to work with you and were threatening legal action against me. I greatly appreciate the honest way you do business and your excellent customer service! Unfortunately, because of that company, I had to file bankruptcy. You returned the monies I had accumulated in my payment savings just like you said you would. I have referred you and will continue to do so. Thank you for setting the bar!!

I don't like that my accounts are gonna… I don't like that my accounts are gonna show late payments. Cause yall having started paying on them. I don't know why I have to deal with 2 months of calls of debt collection. None payments. So far. I haven't seen that ya'll have settled with the credit card companies. I'm worried it's gonna effect me more on my credit.
