Done with debt is a brilliant concept… Done with debt is a brilliant concept because basically you still are paying back your own debt. You’re just going to bat for cutting off the interest rates accruing so that you can actually get it paid off.

Brandon the customer service rep was… Brandon the customer service rep was attentive and focused. He also explained the various items well. I just hope to recall them and make it through this whole process without asking to much from the legal group and such. Highly attentive and responsive.

We also received 2 calls from different people asking if we were still ok with our discussion. I am not thrilled that I am not paying as agreed but with all of the charges the card company charges it makes it very difficult to ever pay them off
