Sneaky Fees While I do appreciate the 3 accounts settled and at around 50%, what I didn't know was how high the "fees" would be. I especially didn't know there is a fee for EACH payment NDR makes to the creditor (payoff happens over 3 or 4 months not in one payment). I am not a fan of sneaky fees that are not explained thoroughly.

They have made the process stress free They have made the process stress free, mostly due to the level of communication. They take the time to go over the process and any questions you have. Response time to questions is very short. We started with another company and had a hard time to get any questions answered. Luckily we were able to move over to NDR without too much trouble.
