Where understanding helps I was so behind that this company helped me get my payments paid every month. They are very understanding and that’s what counted!!! Thank you!!!

They have been easy to work with… They have been easy to work with through email and the website. The only downside today was I had my card locked because it was missing I unlocked it and went online to pay it but had to choose a new payment plan when this would have been my last payment.

They do not give credit if you pay… They do not give credit if you pay extra or early. I set up an arrangement and made a payment before my first payment was due. The second payment was drafted as agreed. However, the final payment they attempted was for the full amount originally scheduled, not taking into consideration that I had made an early payment thus making my final balance less than my final payment amount. When I try to call, I get several rings and then a disconnection. When I try to email, I receive a message telling me to call.

I wish all collection agencies operated… I wish all collection agencies operated like they do. They worked with me on a payment option without hesitation and it is greatly appreciated. I don’t mind paying my outstanding bill to those act like they actually care and can understand people go through tough times.
