Horrible Horrible!! What a waste of time and money!! I paid for the membership from January-May 2023. 5 months of paying and sending letters. Not one thing was removed from my credit report, not even an inquiry. Only way to actively remove anything from your credit report is through consumer law; in which credit versio/smart credit does not offer!! Also, credit score is a whole different ballgame than your Fico score!! Beware before you spend your hard earned money!

Travis answered and was immediately… Travis answered and was immediately very helpful. I had somewhat forgotten how to use the software but Travis got me back on track!!!! He showed me how many deletions and other results from my first round of disputes yeilded. True asset to the company.

The platform is easy to use and the… The platform is easy to use and the educational aspect was very insightful with having no prior knowledge. It has its limitations however. I have went through now 5 rounds of disputes with certain accounts with no success, and I’ve had one collection removed. I would like another two and it seems again this program has limitations on where it can be helpful.
