Part 2 So now that I have written a review all of the sudden within a weeks time two more accounts were settled WOW but I still haven't received a call from a supervisor (that I requested well over a week now) to give an explanation of what requirements I haven't met. I would say do your homework on this company before using them. I'm just sharing my experience

Why I chose Palisade? My first hand experience with Palisades is that I chose a competitor first. After waiting for 3 months I decided to make one of the best choices going forward. I called Palisades and they explained the whole process, and how it works. The cost is always important, but service expectations wins. (For me anyway). In short, the cost was lower and the service is phenomenal. From the beginning this law group went above and beyond, kept in constant contact and nothing was hidden. That, in itself and coming from a skeptic says a lot. Bottom line, if the reader chooses another firm to handle their credit, you made a bad choice.

They Get Results My experience with Palisades Legal Group has actually been five star since I signed up. I gave it a four star because the initial information I was given when I was deciding to sign up about how the process worked did not match how the process actually is. That led me to question several things about whether or not this was legit, but after speaking with their consultants and legal group I felt confident that I made the right choice. After about three months, I started to see results happening. The group has been very communicative both by phone and email. They check in once a month to let me know the status of my accounts and to see if I have any questions. Everybody has been willing to take the time to answer my questions when I’ve had them. It’s a slow start at first while they build up the funds to start making settlements. Do not get frustrated with that process. Once it starts, it moves quickly. I appreciate their help!

Remember patience is the virtue to everything.... They have been very responsive when asking questions and helping to guide you. This is a very stressfull time trying to resolve things and I was excited when my first offer came through. It is hard at times because you want this all to go away overnight but it does take time.
