A true debt settlement company!! Not a cosolidation. I'be been with them since Nov. 2023. The first phone call was just over 2 hours long as they walked me through their process and answered every.single.question. I didn't want a debt consolidation company and they aren't this--they are a debt settlement company. I have 8 cc in their program and 3 have been settled so far. Every other week they are in communication with me and respond promptly to emails. I've known there were debt consolidation companies but I didn't know there was a debt settlement company-and none of these have even gone to collections. I'm very please with the service and constant communication.

Every person that I've dealt with and expressed my questions and and sometime confusion, have been so kind and courteous. They have always listened to my concerns and explained each step. I feel a little less stress now and I know my debt will soon be resolved. I was uneasy about making the decision to do debt relief but now I feel it was the right decision, in my situation.

Everyone is nice and they are really… Everyone is nice and they are really organized. I wish there was a way to avoid the increase in debt while not making payments and getting late fees. Because by the time you come to an agreement the debt can be a lot more so the % agreement is really like a savings of 30% not 50% less. In my case I probably would have tried to make an agreement with the $500 account sooner to get that closed quickly.
