Please tell me this is not a scam! I am in the very early stages with this company. After reading these reviews, I have a big concern. First of all, the first call from my so-called lawyer took almost three weeks; even though I left messages with her when I was available, she called me when I wasn't available, even though my availability was made clear. Secondly, my representative who signed me up that claimed he would be here for me thorugh the whole process every step of the way has seemed to ghost me. Please tell me this isn't a scam!

Guidestone promised they could lower the high interest monthly payments by $200. It has been over a year the Guidestone has been taking montly payments of $313 out of my husband's account and have not made one payment. His account with the loan company has been charged off and now with a collection agency. My husband has call several times but they keep telling him to ignore the creditors, collection agency... and forward correspondes to them. They have not did anything. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS LAW FIRM.
