White Oak Law Group Law Suit Not sure what is going on with all the positive reviews. As a customer of White Oak Law Group, I logged into their site and was instructed to a notice that said that "the operations of the businesses providing customer service for the law firms and companies listed below have been paused." White Oak Law Group answers their phone with an automated message but you are put on hold for an extensive period of time (like an hour) with no option to leave a message for a call back.

Currently a client of White Oak Law… Currently a client of White Oak Law Group. I'm being sued by a creditor. My attorney not only allowed a default judgement to happen BEFORE my court date, I have had to tell him the status updates along the way. He has failed to communicate nor file the motion to vacate judgement. I had to go to the courthouse to complete this myself. The "litigation" department has no idea what is going on and is completely unavailable, when the extension actually works. I have spent over 12 grand for zero representation and no assistance.
