I really appreciated the time that Ed… I really appreciated the time that Ed spent with me explaining how the program works and answering all my questions. There was no question that Ed could not answer. Which means he was very knowledgeable, and he made me feel like he was really there to help me. He provided options for me and did not make the decision for me. Add me to take my time to review and choose, which accounts I wanted to be added.
