Used this place when I was in a pinch… Used this place when I was in a pinch for money last year, they just sent an email asking for a review, so i figured why not, they were great and I got it paid off in no time.

WORST COMPANY TO WORK FOR AUTO EQUITY LOANS IS NOT WORTH IT!!!!!!! Started working here October 15th 2018, worst company to work for thus far! no I’m not being Bias I’m telling the truth behind this unorganized unprofessional company..let me just say one thing the Owner David awesome incredible dude!! but as far his team of Management, he has some cleaning up to do! this company is definitely dedicated to playing favorites and yes they talk about every single client that walks in the door. Megan is the worst manager and she can chew one...they couldn’t even come to me to fire me, they got the one African American manager of the company to fire me because they knew it was something ridiculous & it was hatred beind it I made one mistake of being there for 2 months & instead of a warning or a wright up I’m fired right then and there forget Megan all she does is sit on her lap top with her red bump infested mouth instead of doing her job as a manager and not play favorites she’s had something against me since day 1. they work you like a dog to only pay you $12 an hour. This company is full of it truly and it’s a waste of time. working conditions are dangerous as well you talk to psychotic people all day and the min you deny a loan your threatened by these people and they expect you to be alright with the conditions. Do not work for this underpaid company! It should of been a huge sign when I first started here other girls were getting fired randomly as well This is a warning!!!!!!

I want to share with you the story of… I want to share with you the story of my visit last month to get a title loan. I went to their location in AZ, they were so kinda and welcoming when I first walked in, they made sure a I had everything to relax while they helped a few customers before me. Once it was my turn, they went trough everything, I had way too many questions but they answered them all! I got a title loan, making payments and hope to pay it off in time, but they said always call if I have any issues and they will work with you to resolve it, fast. I'm glad I went to Auto Equity Loans to get my title loan.

I had so many… I had so many questions...concerns/worried, but they always knew what to say and had answers, these guys do their research and must have an intense training to work their because they don't hesitate to answer anything throuroughly!

I went to the auto equity loans… I went to the auto equity loans (Concord Pike location) for my very first title loan and was very nervous and anxious about using a loan for the first time in my life. I have heard countless stories about loans causing more trouble than help and leaving you with tons of interest, debt and fees you pay off for thirty years to come. However, they made sure I knew every step, detail and information needed before applying and receiving the loan I needed. It was vey helpful and insightful into using loans. I would definitely recommend them to anyone, especially if it is your first time using a loan or you have not had a ton of experience. They make sure to go over every point and be as precise as possible. Such a great staff.
