Excellent Customer Service I'm giving this rating because of Deborah G., who is a Quality Assurance Manager. There was some confusion with my account and I was upset. Deborah called me back and was the kindest person. She sensed my frustration and listened to me vent. After she allowed me to calm down, she explained the program better to me. She handled my concerns and situation like a professional. I am completely satisfied with my service I received.

Its almost impossible to get a reply… Its almost impossible to get a reply from this company or reach a live person. I suggest to others that are having this same issue, reach out to the FTC, CFPB and the state attorney general with complaints. I would never recommend dealing with CCS.
