Austin was incredibly professional Austin was incredibly professional, thorough and patient with me. He took the time to answer all of my questions (I had a lot) and put me at ease. Unrelated to Austin's customer service, the online portal is a little cumbersome and could use some alterations to make it easier (in my opinion) to navigate. Also, there were some oddities where the price of service fee changed at random by $1 more. Granted it's just a dollar but its the principle. Overall a good first time experience using this kind of service.
