I thought this was going to be a time consuming and difficult process and it was the exact opposite. Jennifer was informative, helpful and never pushy which made it really easy for me. I work long days and was able to communicate via text and email which was super convenient. I dont have a bad thing to say about thia process.

Solid ground is slow to get the… Solid ground is slow to get the accounts negotiated. I still have 2 credit cards that they still have not worked out a payment plan with and now the credit card companies are trying to file a court case for payments. If I did not have my other debt already in a payment plan I would pull out from this company. I have been dealing with this issue since June and now its October. Also payments to my other creditors started late September, so this company collected over 3 months of payments from me before they started truly working on my case.

This IS what you need! All I have to say is Lewis gave me 20 years of my life back today. I have over $900 in loans and it has been really rough to deal with. Lewis was extremely professional and empathetic. He immediately came up with a clear resolution on removing this debt. Most importantly I did not feel judged for making such poor choices. #incredible
