I felt comfortable speaking with each agent, I never felt like they were judging me and I look forward to using the resources.

Previous program user… I used to be in a program that helped with purchasing medication. I was completely insulted and made to feel insignificant upon applying for help as a result of now having Medicare. I was spoken to like a moron and people for Novicare were superior to me. I was told I could appeal the decision. Why? To be insulted again? No thank you . I am not a glutton for punishment.

A new customer A new customer. I’m in customer service. People on the phone are friendly but on both occasions I needed resolution for an issue, I had to wait days for a return call. Most recently (today) I was notified I was 60 days late on payment with one of the creditors turned over to Navicore. I had to pay $298 to not effect my credit. Not good. In fact, very bad for me. Two months into being a new customer, I had to rescue myself from hurting my credit after consolidating with Navicore. Disappointed.

I already made my first payment to… I already made my first payment to Navicore but they haven't settled my credit card debts (only 1 bank with Chase) yet, I called an agent,she told me that it may take 3 weeks and depends if Chase agreed to the settlement. I hope this is not a scam! Chase actually recommended Navicore to me.

Very Helpful A very helpful and reasonable solution to get caught up after a difficult couple of years financially. Navicore makes the process very easy and simple to understand solution... while still paying off your debt, but at an interest rate that is manageable. The timeline provided allows you to know exactly when you will be paying off your card(s) with the specified payment. If you make additional payments the timeline becomes shorter.
