Relief for a woman with great dreams I was interviewed and assisted by Jonathan Estrella as I did receive an email from Danielle stating an agreed time but somehow I missed her call. When I replied she quickly re-assigned my file to Jonathan who performed excellent customer care and was easy to speak with as financial matters are a delicate, personal, and often times evoke shame and guilt as a result of having poor stewardship in the past or difficult circumstances an individual wants help resolving, yet is full of shame and regret for getting in that position in the first place. Well, at least that was true for me.
