Relief for a woman with great dreams I was interviewed and assisted by Jonathan Estrella as I did receive an email from Danielle stating an agreed time but somehow I missed her call. When I replied she quickly re-assigned my file to Jonathan who performed excellent customer care and was easy to speak with as financial matters are a delicate, personal, and often times evoke shame and guilt as a result of having poor stewardship in the past or difficult circumstances an individual wants help resolving, yet is full of shame and regret for getting in that position in the first place. Well, at least that was true for me. I was excited to know there was a healthy (financially) solution that would mend my creditUNworthiness and find some breathing room in my monthly budget to pursue the missions and ministries I desire to engage in. I am extremely appreciative and was delighted to work with Jonathan.

He was available to me ti answer any questions that popped up and addressed all of my concerns. I spoke with one of their… representatives name, Danielle I spoke with one of their representatives name at Danni which is short for Danielle. She is so freaking rude. Wanted to argue with me because I didn’t want a debt resolution but a loan. No I DONOT recommend this company at all.

PaylessUSA is NOT a Lender, but a Debt Consolidation Broker!! Nothing against debt consolidation brokers offering soothing relief to people going through debt challenges, but to send letters in the mail offering people sub-prime loans when they are not lenders at all, but debt counselors making commissions on every customer they 'help' is classic telemarketing boiler room bait and switch scamming at its finest and given they only incorporated earlier this year I have a feeling they know it too--RUN don't walk!!
