Negative 10 Rating If a company could receive a Negative10+ rating it would be this company for their business practice. I paid for 12 months of service upfront because they promised to get my 5 year old bankruptcy off and clean up some older items on my credit to put me in position to purchase a home. Nothing that was removed stayed removed. The accounts were added back to my report within 3 months and my bankruptcy was never removed as promised. A few months into using them I also referred my now husband who allowed them to work on his credit for 11 months unfortunately they were not able to get his score any higher than when he started 11 months ago. He has been trying to cancel service for 3mths and they continue to debit our acct. so we had to get our bank involved to reject the debits. His Wolfgang rep had the audacity to tell him he still owes them because they would like to continue working on 3 items that they've already sent rebuttals on. Insane how companies take your hard earned money only to play with you. As working class people who are trying to fixed their credit, $2500 between the 2 of us is a alot of money for No real results. Honestly we would have done a lot better by using that money to open a Secured Credit Line to build new credit. That alone would've improved our score with no loss. Lesson learned. DO NOT and I repeat DO NOT waste your time and money dealing with this company.

I was extremely skeptical at first I was extremely skeptical at first, like the average person 🥴. I’ve worked with people I never saw change in a month+ and I had someone scam me out of $500. I decided to give it a go, so we can buy a house and my score shot up almost 100 points in a week and my husbands is at 20 points up, but I’m A OK with the wait because this company is awesome and true to their word!

Pricey... but worth it Definitely a bit pricey, but it was a hands-off experience that led to help my score increase enough to purchase a home.

I wrote this because any credit repair… I wrote this because any credit repair company that stops responding and ghosts you while trying to figure out if they are a good fit... shady. Amanda refused to answer 2 questions i needed to know in order to determine if this was a good option for bothy husband and I so i saw response and your response is NOT true. I didnt ask about going against rules i asked for clarification. My question was... " so if a payment is late and was late...do you still work to delete it or does it stay on report" I asked that after the vague we follow FCRA rules. That was NOWHERE asking you to break rules... It was asking if those items go away! ( which was never answered) The other question I wanted answered was Do you file all disputes right away? ( its 100$ plus a month) I wanted to know if you guys milked out the months or worked diligently) also never answred that question. You ARE right though not good fit. Your response being a lie proves that. Have a great day.
