GBWorst organisation to call into your… Worst organisation to call into your life for help!! All they care is their own fee collection- after two years being with this program, paying them up to five hundred dollars every month I find out that I have none of the credits paid off!!! Calling them first hand was biggest mistake, and recommending them to others make a me feel guilty very much!!!!

GBDid exactly what I was told they would… Did exactly what I was told they would do - terrific firm ONLY downside there were several negation counselors changed during the three years of dealing with my account. I feel that should have been made much smoother and perhaps cost me 6- 8 months

GBExcellent Excellent. During our three year term with United debt counselors they called us regularly asked if we had any questions did we understand everything told us what was being paid how much we had savings and they couldn’t have been more helpful

GBSo disappointed and unprofessional… So disappointed and unprofessional company After few years working on my settlement they could not solve it and they increased my payment amount. They blocked all my payment I payed this years and still I have to answer to my credit companies phone call about late payment. Even when I asked to cancel my settle they want to charge me about $1000 for nothing they did.

GBI had great counselors. I had great counselors. They worked hard to negotiate for me and when they were unable to get it done they moved my case to a higher level witnout even me having to ask them to do that. Professional staff and they know their stuff. I would recommend your organization all day long.
