GBI am very unhappy I am very unhappy. UDC only accomplished what I could have done on my own; settled with the creditor. I was promised credit report correction for my $2300. The creditor has chosen to keep the charge off as part of the record until it would fall off anyway. I was promised by UDC copies of letters from the creditor promising correction and they were never sent. UDC is a scam.

GBSo disappointed and unprofessional… So disappointed and unprofessional company After few years working on my settlement they could not solve it and they increased my payment amount. They blocked all my payment I payed this years and still I have to answer to my credit companies phone call about late payment. Even when I asked to cancel my settle they want to charge me about $1000 for nothing they did.

GBAm feeling so much better now that all… Am feeling so much better now that all my credit card debt is paid off and I no longer have to be concerned about monthly payments. The service I received was more than outstanding - it was awesome. The service agents I worked with were so knowledgeable and personable they made the process almost enjoyable. I would recommend this service to all.

GBDon’t do it! We used this company in good faith to try to help us. We were constantly having to call them, never could get in touch with the person that was supposed to be helping us. Then when we were finally what we thought were finished with everything, over a year later we still had companies coming to us for monies. Everything that companies wrote off had to be claimed on income taxes leaving us in almost as much debt with the IRS.

GBWhen we signed up we were 25,000 in… When we signed up we were 25,000 in debt. A relocation and job change create very difficult financial burden on our family. We were able to combine in the program 4 creditors. They were out legal spokesmen for the settling the debt. In just 4 years we are now debt free and our credit score has rebounded to excellent. Highly recommended.
