I singed up and clearly the ID protection fee is there to make people accidentally press on it and not have any way to get your money back. i called and you guys offered me 20% back for the ID protection fee and 75% back for the $35 dollar monthly subscription fee. That is just unacceptable, i own multiple businesses and i don't even do people like that. Jensen Cheng

I never signed up for a subscription I never signed up for a subscription. I have called to cancel three times and get the run around. They hide behind twisting the law to scam people in need during these hard times from researching the criminal business. After cancelling first when I received an email in august for a subscription I didn’t sign up for. I was told in email they would cancel it, only to then be told after I was charged I need to call to confirm cancellation. Again for a fraudulent use of my information.

Lots of retention questions. I rated 5 stars, because, well, the rep I spoke to was very kind. However, their retention policies have them offer you 3 separate, bigger discounts off of the product itself, which can be annoying if you're in a rush, but can also be very helpful to those canceling for, ironically, budgetary reasons.

I got scammed by them by a fake job opportunity These scammers are preying on people everywhere. They display fake job interviews where they ask you to pass a credit check. Once done, you are locked and billed a huge amount and there are no ways to cancel. Their phone line is just an answering informing you they are closed for Chrismas. Had to contact my credit card to report them as a fraud

I wanted to cancel but couldn't find who to contact… You were billing my credit card under ID PROTECT whereas your company name comes up in email as Creditverify. I would have canceled months ago if I could have found who was billing my credit card. I even had my credit card looking into who you were because I couldn't find any emails or Google search that showed ID PROTECT.
