Payment When I opened my account I was told my payment would be 137.00... This morning I looked at my Bank and noticed they have taken 187.00. Plus my credit report remains the same.. Nothing was removed..Now I feel they cannot be Trusted and to close my account..

6 moths no change, scam In 6 months my credit score didn’t change at all nothing removed. Over 6 months and 196 a month nothing changed. After the 3rd month I called to cancel was told I had to write and email. Wrote the email they claim they never got it and kept charging my account 196 called to complain I wanted a refund and all I got was they would try to refund me even tho they have done absolutely no work on my account they feel it’s right to keep my money. Also this company cannot he found on the BBB use another company you will regret using this one

6 months ago I signed up to get 6… 6 months ago I signed up to get 6 inquiries and 2 old 30 day lates removed. After 6 months, nothing removed and I did not receive a single correspondence from any creditor regarding any letter sent. Colossal waste of time and money.

This company is horrible This company is horrible. They lie, they only want your money. they tell you they need 45 days but in actuality they want you to stay in their program long term so they can collect the fee. I don't recommend them. They didn't even send the letters until the 45 days and I got upset. They should not be in business. Horrible

Lie about what they tell you they will do. Not repair. CREDIT DESTROY. I DONT KNOW WHY THEY KEEP THE BBB LOGO. IN MY MIND ITS FRAUD, THEY NEED TO BE PUT IN PRISON What a rip off. When you talk to them, they put on a good show. I had them fixing what debt help inc,and global solutions damage to my credit report. Key credit was approaching each credit bureau a month. 3 credit bureaus. They didnt fix anything leaving me hopeless, into depression. They would not send hard copies, if they gave you a site to monitor. It didnt work. I called them, they were very nasty to me. Taking $200.00 a month the fast approach. I was getting a divorce, apartments turned me down because of my credit score,after 6mo @ $200.00 mo. They are CREDIT DESTROYING...teresa Morgan
