He knows products and insurance companies, outstanding communications with me and when needed, insurance companies. Jake accepts and responds to phone calls. Helps with applications and submits them promptly. No appointments needed, get immediate service. I have purchased and/or exchanged numerous annuities with Jakes help for three years. I no longer deal with brick & mortar offices in my community, as their service is not nearly as good as what I have become accustomed to with Jake. Annuity Advantage has lots of current quotes and information on their website. No charge, no waiting. Office staff are available, friendly, and efficient. No high pressure sales pitches.
