He answered every question I had with words that made sense to me. Jason is a powerful listener. He listened to the details of my situation regarding my health and income. He put me in a plan that was made for me. Jason was kind, knowledgeable, patient, and sensitive to my situation. He was a blessing to me in what he did. He is an ASSET to the company. GBNot OUR choice what we buy at the pharmacy..... I am really disappointed that our pharmacy of choice has to be CVS and that's where you have to go to get your 3 months benefits. It's a pain in the back side to have to go through that book or the CVS store and decide what you can get and it's only what Aetna says that you can have. I use very little of what they say we can have. I'd much rather just have a prepaid card and go buy it where I want to and buy what I want to. Of course if there's ever a chance of referring Aetna to someone else, I will tell them how messed up it is to buy your pharmacy items.
