Change of health insurance The agent that I spoke to (Bexis) was the one that made me decide to switch to one of your insurance companies. She knew how to answer every question I had with confidence. She knows the companies fully. She made me feel confident with my decision. If all the agents knew as much as she does you would have a 100 o/o success rate with all there transactions. She was the deciding factor. I truly enjoyed speaking with her.

More access Could have gave me a better grocery amount better then 135 dollars every three months and I go to dialysis in Berwick not Scranton. She could have been more attentive . I am not satisfied

At first I thought omg another Medicare… At first I thought omg another Medicare agent. But I’m glad I listened to their research. After changing 3 times, Bryan was very knowledgeable and said I can change to Aetna plus.. than I spoke to Tierra from Aetna. We had a great conversation and it took longer than I expected, but she was very patient with explaining every detail to make sure I understood the new plan. I’m grateful for both agents.
