Getting a bond for Jennifer today I dealt with Jennifer today and she was just wonderful. She was so helpful and got the bond we so needed for my son to be able to do a plumbing job with a county that requires it. She is an employee you should keep and I gave her the maximum amount of stars as she was just terrific!!!!!

Not user friendly I had to try 3 different times to put our information in. The instructions are not clear and when something is missing it sent me back to the beginning. Very frustrating.
