There is no excuse for being unable to sign into my individual account and pay my bill or update my hours. Wasting my time by having to fill out forms and enter information you already have just to renew my policy each year is very annoying.

GBWorking with the people Working with the people. The plane I was insuring isn't a common plane. I was glad that they were honest with me and the fact that eventually I could get my premium down with hours in type. Avemco was actually recommended to me by another insurance broker, even knowing that they would lose my business. That's gotta say something.

GBStudent pilot coverage Being a student pilot, in a tail wheel, I figured I would have a hard time finding coverage but Avemco covers it. Fast, responsive service when setting up my account. Email responses were sometimes real slow but had quick service if I could call.
