GBOld ears and a dislike of giving private information over the phone I felt that the insurance person was very knowledgeable, but went through everything too quickly. I have a hard time doing things over the phone because I don't hear well. I feel uncomfortable giving personal information over the phone, so I would prefer in-person time with hard copies to look at and refer to. I don't understand why one plan would cover the entire amount of a procedure when another would only cover what Medicare allows - that doesn't make it easy for an old fart that has no idea what's ahead or what a given doctor may charge.

I am a research pharmacist and was very impressed with my agent Lilian, she was patient,kind and very knowledgeable about the products. She was able answer all my questions and concerns. She listen and provided professional answers. Then I spoke to Kimberly who walked me through the survey and asked if I had any other questions. Her service again very professional and answered all my questions promptly. Thank you for the excellent experience 😀
