I am now using them for my 2nd home, life and car insurance. The agent I worked with was stellar, and her level of knowledge was beyond exceptional. In an era were customer service is lacking, itscovered did not get the memo. They seriously go above and beyond.

My Wife and I contacted Covered… My Wife and I contacted Covered Insurance Company to get a quote to switch from our past Home Insurance company. We were given a detail walk through of New policy , and we were also able to lower our Auto Policy as a result. The Agent was very knowledgeable and Pleasant to work with us in making our final decision. The Agent made everything less stressful and complicated.

I happened to find the policy I was looking for on Saturday afternoon so I left a message. I received a return call Monday morning. Erica Maffei was the agent I worked with; she was very helpful and personable. She talked through different quote options with me and found me a good deal on a home and auto bundle. I really feel like she had my best interest in mind and I would recommend her services.

Waste of time! I was directed to Covered through a moving concierge program. I spent almost 2 hours on the phone with the first agent, while he checked for both auto and home insurance for our move from FL to GA. He quoted me a great price on both policies using Progressive, and then said he'd be back in touch on 3/12/24 to firm things up. He never called back. I called them and got a different agent, who put all the items together that the first agent had, and then asked for our home inspection report. He sent that to Progressive and they rejected us for home insurance. That report was for us to negotiate a better deal on this house. It's an old house and has had a couple of leaks that were repaired at the time and never a problem again. I called Traveler's immediately and got great policies on both home and auto - no inspection report requested. I spent well over 4 hours with agents from Covered and got only more worry and dread.
