I filled out a form requesting a quote… I filled out a form requesting a quote for Life insurance. I received a letter in the mail stating that coverage was denied. Then they started deducting 113 a month from my account. Unfortunately I missed this deduction for quite some time. Pay attention to what you request, I thought I was just requesting a quote, they deducted almost 3000 and only refunded 298. I accept some responsibility for not paying closer attention to my savings account.
