She really was patient and very professional with me I appreciated her helping me in that way because the one that changed my policy before just said they put me on a policy that is better for me never said what it was or the benefit.

GBPleasant Jessica. Jessica was pleasant and explained everything in detail. However, at one point of my conversation with Jessica, the Humana representee and the recording, the volume kept going out. One portion of the recording started over three times before completion.
