GBHelpful but error prone Helpful but the insurance agent assumed that my husband and I have the same last name. So then we had to call back and go through the whole quote process again which was really annoying.

GBI contacted you multiple times about my… I contacted you multiple times about my renewal and when I scheduled time to speak with someone they didn’t show up or contact me. I was able to get my policy renewal done but it was only because I had to proactively contact your team many times.

GBI felt like the application process was… I felt like the application process was seamless and easy. The only reason it's not 5 stars is I do wish that maybe they provided me with a couple more options after I asked questions related to certain insurance rider features.
