Pronto insurance is absolutely out to… Pronto insurance is absolutely out to rip you off.They apparently gave the career the wrong card information and caused the policy to be canceled before I even started. I’m not sure, but I’m going to find out who is responsible because now I have to start over and pay some buddy else to start a policy. I am definitely going to sue all involved. They are trying to shake me down. I’m sure of it.

Cancellation Fee’s I’ve been with Pronto about a year and a half. I recently traded in my vehicles and called to replace the old vehicles with the new ones only to be told they aren’t allowed to cover 2024 vehicles yet… it’s almost 1/2 way through the year and they’re not covering 2024’s? I find this odd. So I had to find a completely different insurance after just renewing my policy a week ago. I called to cancel the policy with Pronto and yes I know I’ll be charged for the days of coverage but they also charge a cancellation fee. I would totally understand if I left Pronto for any other reason BUT this was out of my control since Pronto WON’T cover new vehicles. I honestly don’t like being charged for something that was out of my hands. I had no other choice but to switch companies 😑
