I grieve the loss of my Medicare A and B and Senior Care Emblem GHI plan through the City of New York. This promised and credible insurance will be no more come September 1, 2023. Your telephone agent was kind, but truthfully, did very little to relax my apprehension regarding The City of New York’s proposed Aetna Medicare Advantage PPO. Perhaps the availability of a triage team assigned to the 250,000 nyc retirees affected would be useful. Thank you!
