She guided me and made me feel very confident once a plan was chosen. She saw the process entirely through as she actually did the enrollment and assured me that she would still be there for guidance once everything was in place. it's really too soon to say it's really too soon to say - I am not yet using the medicare plan, that won't happen for another couple of weeks - Adam was very nice; but whether the plan is the right one remains to be seen.
