I contacted Humana ceo, BBB, Medicare, governors office for fraud & deceptive business practices, my attorney, etc. Humans phone reps are useless. A con; fraud. This is now a dental emergency because you do NOT cover oral surgeons. Never lie or mislead which is what she did to sell this plan.
