GBThankfully I spoke to a second broker I spoke to a broker originally who started the process of selling me the type of insurance that I wanted. She started well but then fell short after she sent me the quotes. She never returned my calls or emails, over 2 days, to answer the questions that needed to be answered before I bought. I then called the 800 number on the main page and spoke to a VERY patient representative who answered all my questions patiently and without hesitation. He answered my many phone calls promptly.
